The news today

February 2, 2010 Carly Findlay Leave a Comment

I have not kept up with the news today other than reading The Age at 6:00pm, seeing the Channel 7 news headlines on TV, and quickly flicking to news.com.au.

Even with my minimal news consumption today, I have still seen two shocking news stories.

Mother gives five year old son alcohol.

Nine year old girl gives birth.

No more comment needed on my part. I am gobsmacked.
