Today I went on an errand for work. I walked there and back.
On my way back to work, outside Melbourne Central, a girl stopped me with a ‘HEY!’.
I looked around and there appeared to be no one else she could have been heying at.
So I turned back to speak to her.
She said she recognised me from THIS BLOG.
I had an OMG moment there and then. I shrieked inside.
SHE READS THIS BLOG! SHE RECOGNISED ME! OMG!!!
Outside I was sensible.
Though I giggled nervously, I thanked her for reading, said ‘wow’ a lot, and thanked her for reading again.
I was truly flattered that a stranger-reader stopped me to say hi and that they read my writing.
